It was just a great match for a brief stopover in London with great value-to-price ratio. The room was actually pleasant and very clean, which surprised me considering the state of the common areas. Be ready for a self-check-in process as there's no staff available on-site.

I had a pleasant few days enjoying the light, airy space of the room. The location was quiet and close to the high street and local parks, which allowed for easy exploration. One morning, I was surprised to find fresh coffee delivered to my door, a nice touch that added to a comfortable experience.
The entrance to the building left a poor first impression. I found the heating system hard to control, making the room uncomfortably warm. Blinds did not block out enough light, waking me at sunrise.

Perfect for Family Celebrations
Had an incredible time staying at the place for a special occasion. The staff were so helpful, especially Sarah, who made sure we had everything we needed plus the rooms? Clean and comfortable, like a home away from home.
Let's be honest, it wasn't exactly cheap. but it was well worth it!

great stay but minor accessibility issue
I enjoyed the peaceful suburban atmosphere which made it a great escape from the bustling city. The tasteful modern decor created a spacious environment that felt refreshing.
Although the location was generally fantastic, I found the nearest public transport slightly inconvenient to access.

the location was quiet and close to cafe and shops. the room was clean and had plenty of light with big windows. comfy bed and nice decor made the space feel cozy. good spot if u don’t mind walking a bit to get to the tube.
but the entrance was hard to find and very shabby, and the shower was kinda useless with no proper showerhead. also no AC even tho it was promised on the website.
